If your wine has arrived broken, you have received the wrong wine, or the wine is faulty then please contact us within 14 days of purchase so we can resolve the situation. Please call us on 07455 226999 or email info@artisanwineandspirit.co.uk
If you decide you don’t want a wine, you can return this within 14 days. You can arrange your own courier, or we can arrange collection for a £10 fee. Once we receive the wines, in a saleable condition, we will process a refund. If the wines are unsaleable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery which will incur a redelivery fee.
