This small batch sparkling wine, made using the traditional method, uses three Hampshire grown grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. The use of oak barrels and time on the lees add an extra layer of depth and complexity to a wine that stands out from the crowd.
Ripe stone fruit flavours of peach and nectarine intertwine with wild strawberries and fresh-picked raspberry. A long finish leaves baking spices and toasted brioche on the palate.
