Priore is an intense and prestigious Barolo, aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 28 months. Ruby red in colour. Notes of violet, dried rose and a little cinnamon on the nose. Full, rich and warming on the palate; one for meats that can stand up to its intense flavour, such as venison. Will age for 10 years, if you can wait that long… 90 Points from Robert Parker
