Yves de Mestral created this wine as his fish and seafood wine. It is a dry, fruity and pristine wine that has been matured in oak barriques. Notes of stone-fruit such as peach and apricot. This wine is not heavily oaked, but the years of aging has given it a nice roundness paired with fruitiness and minerality.
