Mars Kasei Japanese Whisky

Kasei’ is the Japaneseword for the planet Mars, aptly named as the ‘Mars Shinshu’ distillery, where this blend of both malt and grain comes from, is Japan’s highest distillery, sitting at just under 800 metres. Fresh green apple intertwined with light smoky notes, a drizzle of fragrant honey alongside waffles with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream.
