The Greuzard family produce a lovely, rich, spicy red from their own vineyards surrounding the property. The blend is 80% Syrah with 20% Carignan. All the grapes are de-stemmed. There is only a very light filtration and ageing is in stainless steel. Good hearty Minervois!
