A blend of Pinots from the Wairau and Awatere Valleys, each of which have different characteristics. 10% of this Pinot gets a few months in new French oak which adds a real bit of extra character. Fragrant red berry and floral aromas with notes of cherry and spice. Super soft and silky, this is made for duck!
